Who is Jaruzel/Matt Owen? I'm not that interesting, so I feel the best way to summarise me is to, umm, list it all in summary format...
 Born in the 1970s. Younger than Kylie Minogue, but older than Christina Aguilera.
I have dark hair (receding). It used to be long, but now it's short (due to the distinct lack of follicles).
I stopped growing many years ago, and have been holding steady at 5 feet, 11 inches tall. I do believe however, that I will start shrinking before too long.
I have a daughter. She's great.
I am married. She's great too.
I am one of the best IT Consultants on the planet. No, Seriously. If I don't know the answer to something within IT, then it's not worth knowing.
I read and occasionally post on Slashdot.
I read The Register, Engadget, and the BBC Technology Pages.
I learnt to code on a ZX81. Yes, it did have a wobbly 16k RAMPack.
I program in variety of languages, but have settled on Visual Basic (.NET) for the bulk of my coding because it's easy, and I'm lazy.
I am an ex-IRC addict, having wasted many years of my life talking about nothing in general.
I used to play MUDs, most notably Shades (When it was part of Prestel/Micronet in the pre-Internet days).
I am picky as to whom I consider friends.
I don't like the English culture (even though I am English)
I watch Sci-Fi. Not all of it because most of it is rubbish. So in fact, I watch QUALITY Sci-Fi. I wish there was more of it.
I tinker with computers endlessly; There is always something new I want to build/create/program.
I rarely finish anything I start.
I do not tolerate Boring or Stupid people.
I am very emotive.
I have made many bad decisions during my life. I regret only some of them.
I would like to write a book. Mainly to get rich off the back of it, and have a career that means I can live in just my underpants all day.
I am a bad photographer. I can see the pictures, but they never come out like that.
I despise mowing lawns.
My friends consider me a genius (apparently. I can't see it myself).
