It has been designed from scratch and has not been ported from any other stock MUD release.MUD32 is not themed, nor does it force a certain style. With its Unzip and Run ethos, you can have your own MUD up and running within a few minutes of downloading MUD32. No pre-compiling, and no learning of script languages required. As the source is freely available on the MUD32_Download page, I encourage anyone who is interested in expanding the capabilities of MUD32 to do so.Going forward I have a long term plan to develop a 3D graphical MMORPG - but for a smaller playerbase, I have coined this concept as SMOG (Small Multiplayer Online Game). SMOG32 is still in the early stages of planning, and will have an online presence once I have reached the alpha testing phase. May I say thank you to all those who have helped and encouraged with the development of MUD32 over it's 9 year evolvement. I never thought that I'd pull off a fully functional MUD code base when I started this project, but I'm glad I managed it.
